I am a second generation Life and Health Insurance agent.  My father Paul "Butch" Williams worked as an Insurance agent for more than 20 years and then moved up to District Manager in the Knoxville office before leaving the business to address health issues.  My father taught me that the main focus of a good Insurance agent is always the customer. My beliefs regarding insurance revolve around those teachings.

1)  Listen to the customer

2)  Use Need Selling to address the cusomer's needs​

3)  Don't make assumptions about a customer.

4)  Don't push a product on a client.

5)  Give great customer service to your clients.

Many sales people will look at this and feel that you can not make a living by focusing on the customer first.  My father did it for many years and was one of the top agents in his company.  I will prove that this model works for an Independant Agent as well.

My name is Brian Wlliams,  I am an Independent Life Insurance and Health Insurance Agent.  I offer Life Inurance including Term Life, Return of Premium Term Life, Universal Life, Inexed Universal Life, Whole Life, Paticpipating Whole Life.  Health Insurance including Major Medical, Fixed Benefit, Disability, Long-Term Care, Accident Plans, Dental and Vision Plans and Short Term Medical.  Retirement products include Fixed Annuities and Inexed Annuities.  We ae always adding new products as we find better products to meet our clients needs.  No two clients are alike and know to insurance programs are alike, we custom design each Life Insurance, Health Insurance or Annuity to fit you and your family.

I have been licesnsed in the Life and Health industry in Virginia and Tennessee for almost 15 years.  I worked exclusively as a captive agent for many years.  As a captive agent I had to sell their products regardless of whether they were the best policy or not.  After many years I left insurance to explore other opportunities.  However I kept my license and decided o start offering my services as an independant agent.  Being an Independent Agent gives me more flexability to take care of my customers with the best policies available.  My family and I look forward to helping your family find the life insurance and health insurance you need.
